Characteristics

TRIBOFOOD’s food safe Silicone Oil has a high natural viscosity index, good resistance to extreme temperatures and excellent water resistance. It is compatible with most plastics and rubbers including EPDM, and is NSF H-1 registered, safe for incidental contact with food.

Applications

For the lubrication of bearings and hinges, chains or lightly loaded rollers in severe thermal conditions. Also used as a fluid damper, carrying agent and lubricating agent for elastomers.
