TRIBOFOOD adhesive Calcium Sulfonate Thickened Synthetic Greases are food safe lubricating greases with NSF H-1 approval. Offering excellent load bearing capacity, TRIBOFOOD greases provide long lasting lubrication with high anti-wear performance, resistance to water washout and most sterilising chemicals.

Applications

High performance lubricating applications for the TRIBOFOOD Calcium Sulfonate Thickened Synthetic Greases range include; bearings, rollers and joints, sliding bearings, chains, open gears, conveyors, runners and tap systems, particularly in the presence of water, heavy loads and extreme temperatures. Ideal for use in dairies, breweries, bottling plants, carton, packaging and other food and pharmaceuticals industries.

  • Especially suitable for the lubrication of discs and rollers of pellet presses
  • Temperature range of -30 to 160°C
